Make plans to attend the spring fly-in, set for April 9-11, in Burlington. Featured speakers will be Scott Bretthauer, University of Illinois, and George Laliberte, Kansas Dept. of Transportation. Lunch will also be served free of charge to all aerial applicators and guests. Bretthauer's presentation has been approved for one 1A recert hour. He will speak on height effects including swath width effects, impact of adjuvants, impact of wind speed and on nozzle selection for corn fungicide applications including balance drift and efficacy, flat fan nozzles, deflection nozzles, hollow cone nozzles and rotary atomizerd.
